shipping and return charges and overall prices on QVC

I use to order from QVC more frequently, I am now much more selective and order less based on your shipping cost ( which outrageously is per item at different cost) both on ordering and returning, Also, the sellers are going crazy with their prices. I really like most of your sellers but I have begun to look at other sites for similar and less costly items with free or minimal shipping and return cost. I would tend to think that I am not the only individual with this complaint.

We should always check around for the best prices!

QVC has had a LOT of free shipping days, so I have No problems getting free shipping on almost everything I order.

Considering the cost of UPS, USPS etc, I don't think $3.50 on most items is outrageous at all.

They also have had many more discounts that are available to everyone, not just a select few. I appreciate that.

I also don't think $3.50 or $5.50 is a lot for shipping and handling. I know I couldn't send anything other than a letter for those prices.

@BLONDYBLUEEYES. I buy things all over the internet. Everything I currently purchase including groceries comes from online sources. I don't know any seller, unless they have a free shipping deal going, that has a lower shipping charge than QVC. Just try to buy a garment and have it shipped for $3.50 anywhere else.

$3.50/$5.50 is a steal for shipping. For me to ship a pair of earrings costs $7-8.

1. The U.S. isn't a manufacturing country so products have to be imported. Importers and businesses aren't covering tariffs...they get passed along until we pay them at check-out.

Our trade agreements are in the toilet right now. Sales have to be a 2-way street. That's not what's happening at this time.

2. Q has never been price competitive. I always price shop at my favorite places before considering Q. I can find everything I want elsewhere for less, free shipping, and almost always free returns.

3. Shipping and return fees send me running the other way. I can't remember the last time I paid shipping. I very rarely pay return fees.
