I find it non-user-friendly to place the reviews for an item AFTER the interrupting pictures of other items. Why was this change made? It breaks up the shopping experience and -- in my case -- I just move on, not purchasing what I HAD WANTED to read about.

I agree.  I want to read the review right away, not be exposed to more things QVC is pushing on me.

There's a user-friendly Read Reviews link that goes directly to them without scrolling.

I would like to be able to read a review without having to log in first of all. Also, I think the reviews should be helpful and most are not. People write that they love the item and the item fits or works well without giving a size or a measurement. They post the review without using the item for at least 30 days ! I recognize the Q sends us an email to review the item soon after the purchase but you do not have to post then. You can post under your account page on items ordered any time. Reviews help . Not when the reviewer does not give specific information about the item and the name of the item purchased. Otherwise reviews get clumped into other products ,brands vendors &sellers can't tell what you are talking about and neither can the reader.

I've never had to log in to read reviews.

If you owned a website where you were trying to sell things, wouldn't you avail yourself of every opportunity to display merchandise?  Just grin and bear it.

I agree. It would be helpful if people would use or wear an item a couple of times before posting a review. Washing a fabric can give you a world of information about a fabric. There are many things that we have liked right out of the box or package and after a wash or a few uses it looks or acts terrible. On some sites you can change your review but not on QVC. Once you post it that is it, which to me seems unfair. It is the consumer's opinion and if something goes wrong the consumer should be able to post that information.

I agree with the OP. There are so many distractions that by the time you get past the ads you have forgotten with the item was! I don't know about other people but many times when I am shopping online I am getting texts and phone calls. I am surrounded by kids and other people passing through. Life is going on and four rows of ads?? I have clicked on several of those ads and find "we are sorry but this item is sold out but maybe you would be interested in these items" Then they show a bunch of other items, many of which are sold out!

QVC has very few summer items this year and what they have is over priced outrageously! I am not paying that much for a simple summer top! Cotton is outrageously highly priced but so are the synthetics! I think they have been selling inventory left over from last year. Items that I wanted to reorder and that they have stocked for years are not being restocked. Now why would a corporation not stock an item that people love?!

Why are they trying to sell us items that are out of stock or nearly out of stock?/ Some thing is not right here.

Why should the shopper grin & bear it?  Perhaps, if QVC was smart (and I'm starting to think they're going downhill quicker and quicker), they'd be reading this kind of info, tracking their sales since this change and assess whether they are getting the results that over-marketing like this is giving them.  I also strongly dislike, and my purchasing and dropped significantly as a result of the changes.

@Kachina624 @Not if the opportunity is blocking the sale that is almost underway.
