I don't get pop-ups on the QVC site, and I don't even have a blocker.  Nevertheless, a pop-up blocker is the answer to your problem.

Upon reading Ad blocker reviews I'm afraid to install it for the Specials pop-up. People have been having problems with their computers,etc.

PLEASE QVC MODERATORS ask them to stop this! It's apparently from QVC and so annoying I can't shop,
