please, please update your on line items

To make a long story short...I have tried to order a Lisa Rina top for 4  days.The problem is the top shows available in my size,however when I ttry to order it ,it says unavilable! I called customer service,and the rep.I spoke with was very polite and told me that they did not have time to updte on line items. She also told me how many stations they were on and how mny hundreds of people they had to take care of.As I said she was very polite and I thanked her.They donot have the time to update the on line items....How can I tell whats available!
