[Very Surprised]

I buy a lot from online venders (sierra trading post, amazon and overstock) and I love qvc, I don't buy too much fashion here, but sheets homegoods etc. and always love what I buy. I have been looking at the Joan Rivers trench coats for a while, and just purchased two. One of them was new, tag attached and sealed well in the bag. The other was an obvious return (no tags, smells of someone's perfume and just looked like it was worn more than just to try it on) and it was the last one available in that size and color. I am just curious if qvc sends out returned clothing or if this one just slipped through inspection. If it was in the "as is" category or on clearance I could understand, but this item was regular price and sold as new. I will call cs monday and see if I can get a paid return label. In the meantime I wish everyone a safe, healthy and happy new year!!
