I just watched the video on the home page for this. It started with the application of blush. It missed the two foundation formulas completely, and it cut off at the end when Jessica was starting to talk about shades.

Since this is the Beauty IQ for the whole day, can we please see the entire presentation and application of the kit?

I had the same reaction. Really wanted to know what shade of the foundation(s) Amy was wearing. My complexion is very similar to hers. And wanted to hear Jessica's comments about the shades. Really liked the blush and lipstick colors and ordered what I think might be the best shade for me. Wondering if I should cancel and try to catch a live presentation later in the day.

Take a look at A267000, this is the foundation w/brush. The shade information and chart is provided in the video.

And yes, I agree with both of you with this BeautyIQ offer...very poor editing to leave the shade info out of a color cosmetic kit. A total remiss. Tsk Tsk

They are having some issues, that's for sure.

Last night I went to my app to see what the Steal was. It showed the BE set but when I clicked on the link to get the product info., it was about some WEN items.

Thanks @rochelleS! At least we got to see something, but I still won't order the kit unless I can see the application start to finish.

Take a look at A292695, you can see the application in this slightly different configured kit. Shade info is provided.

Also when I view BeautyIQ on utube, I get the whole presentation of the "Steal." With my phone I'm able to tap the line on the bottom and rewind to the presentation. I can't remember the time stamp, it's either around the 53:00 or 58:00 ish minutes on the tape. The presentation starts after a Nick Chavez demo. What a pita screwy way to sell this kit. I wonder if sales are down because of this video error. This should be posted in the customer care forum! The mods should see this!
