Your Sweepstakes Needs Help!

Very mixed messages.  Yesterday I entered and then received an email later reminding me to enter.  Today I tried to enter and received a message that I had already entered today - which I had not.  Just now tried to enter again and received a message that I had already entered.  Messed up.

I think you can enter every 24 hours. I tried to enter this morning & it said I'd already entered in the last 24 hours. So I waited a couple hours & was able to enter around 10am. So now I just have to remember to wait until after 10am to enter tomorrow.

@Tribesters

Good to know.  I'll try after 12 noon.

It would be much simpler if the contest day ran from midnight to midnight. How difficult is that? The 24-hour clock just means that you have to enter later and later each day, unless you set an alarm as a reminder. Not good.

It definitely would be simpler that way.  I started entering the contest at 8 a.m.  Today I had to enter at 6 p.m.  Soon it will end up being so late that I'll end up skipping a day and starting again in the morning.  It seems to take a little over 24 hours before you can enter again.

As for this website......it is a broken mess.   As for the sweepstakes I enter the same time every day and it works just fine.

I entered at 6:00 pm yesterday and tried twice since 6 and can't get in... it's now ten to 7 pm. This has been remarkably frustrating...d..

I've had problems with sweeps entries, too. Frustration taken the fun out of it. Sigh.

I was going to come here to complain about this exact same thing. I appreciate the fact that the Q is having a contest, but if I end up entering later and later, to the point where I forget (or get annoyed and give up, altogether,) it isn't a terribly customer-friendly contest, now, is it? I've never seen a contest that actually keeps tabs on the TIME one enters, but rather, the DATE.  In fact, competitor websites actually pre-fill the fields once you've already entered the sweepstakes once, rather than having to go through the whole name, address, "I am not a robot" thingie every single time.  Whoever the Q has doing their computer work seems a bit behind the times.

I agree.  Where is the autofill?  And why is it populating in that very odd scratchy-looking font?
