You shouldn't have to pay for return shipping when...

Here's the deal...I ordered the Jockey TSV and it's going back. I looked at the reviews today, and most of the reviews are 1 or 2 stars. Reviewers are complaining about the support, etc. I think when you take a chance and order a new item (hasn't been reviewed) and it gets those poor reviews/1 star that you should not have to pay return shipping. Obviously it's either a bad/so-so product or was not advertised properly.
