YES, THERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Posted on my original post but wanted to make sure to give credit where credit is due.

 

e-mailed customer service again today, 6/2 and received a response in about an hour.

 

They will replace my purchase that arrived in an empty and torn envelope and expidite shipping.

 

Thanx to all who suggested I e-mail customer service.  Have really not had any problems with QVC  orders over the years so I did not think to e-mail them.

I spoke to a order entry person and she was able to help me.  I didn't need to be sent customer service. I need a new return lable and invoice.

It must be random.  I emailed customer service on May 19 and am still waiting for a response.  Will be very surprised if I get one at this point.

First time to recieve a gift card.I have never used one here at qvc.Help,how does it work?

I emailed them about three weeks ago regarding orders that have been in process since April and early May. They did finally respond a few days ago only to get more info. I haven't heard back yet.
