Sale items arrive in awful condition. I do not know if the items have been re-packaged or there is just no care in how the items are packaged. I ordered 2 Isaac Mizrahi Live! Knit V-Neck Dolman Sleeve Tunic. These tunic’s are rayon & spandex. Rayon is a great fabric, but wrinkles terribly. Knowing this, you would think QVC would pack such items, with a bit more care. I opened the bag and found both shirts wadded up, in the corner, of the clear bags within the shipping bag. Wrinkled is not even a valid description. I will have to take these shirts to the dry cleaner to be pressed to get these wrinkles out. Isaac always seems to care so much for his fashion and designs and I love buying his clothes. How would he feel, knowing his designs show up wrinkled & packaged like something from a thrift store find? Also, the “host” always repeat the same thing every time they are pushing “sale” items. “All our sale items are first quality. Not picked over, like in the store.” Somewhere between the host who thinks sale items are first quality and the shipping dept that throws your the in a bag – the “quality” is lost. This is an on-going problem. Has anyone else had these problems with poor packing?
