@boyzs wrote:@Karnerblue i must have been posting the same time as you. i certainly didn't mean to take anything away from your post.
that was so nice & thoughtful of you to send that post @Beth-QVC
& @Susan-QVC.
sometimes you have to step up to the plate for other people. you did a great job! happy holidays & happy new year.
@boyzs, thank you. Your comments were spot on. I work in customer service and take anywhere from 70 to 100 phone calls a day. It's unbelievable how unkind people can be. I leave work most days feeling very small and beaten up. The very least the OP could have done was to come back and say a simple "thank you." How hard is that???

<One poster mentioned that a person can get QVC without having cable- how?? ! It's a cable station!>
QVC & HSN can be watched on antenna tv now. That is how I watch it. After a storm I have to scan it again (& sometimes several xs.)
It can also be watched on Roku including QVC Plus and Evine.

@Smrt wrote:Your Program Schedule is Out of Date!! I have an elderly aunt who does not have a computer. Since QFC in all of it's wisdom will no longer send it's program schedule out to customers, she relies on me to print out the schedule and send it to her. To allow for mailing time I can only print three weeks of the program at a time and still have her program be up to date when the new week starts. QVC should be adding the new fourth week on Monday's of each new week. The first page of the program schedule of the four weeks remained Nov. 30th - Dec. 6th all day yesterday. I logged in today and it is still OUT OF DATE! I am happy to do this chore for her, but it still is a pain and costs me time and postage. I want to be able to send three weeks of new schedule information at a time and not have it be reduced to only two. DO YOUR JOBS!
It's erroneous on-air, as well--especially Q Plus!

In my area QVC is considered a premium channel as part of a premium package. Those with basic service get HSN. Some of those people have Internet, though, and watch QVC online.

One shouldn't make assumptions! I did indeed thank the representative that helped with my problem. I dealt with the rep via personal email and thanked them in that manner! I hadn't been back to this posting until today since the matter was resolved in my mind and was surprised to see that someone is assuming they know more more about the situation they they actually did!
