Why is there now waitlist for D&B Floral Janine~only 10 days after s/o TSV with NO waitlist??

I was so disappointed when the Dooney & Bourke Floral Print Janine satchel TSV sold out on March 24th at midnight~with no waitlist available. Yet here it is only 10 days later and it is now on waitlist for $204. Did it suddenly become possible for QVC to acquire more bags in this style? I think not...so very surprised and disappointed in the Q. I already wrote about this in the D&B forum but I'm hoping that the powers that be actually read the suggestion box comments. An encore TSV of this bag sure would be nice.
