Why is QVC - Quality as it's value still supporting T3?

I have had 4 T3 blow dryers, in the past 4 years. After 6 to 12 months they die! Fortunately for me, I purchased my first one from QVC and it had a 4 year guarantee. Whereby the were replaced.

Why QVC do you continue to sell this poor quality brand to your valued customers? Your first initial is QUALITY! T3 is not up to this standard. Very poor quality. Please, listen to your customers and don't bring us poor quality products. We'd like to trust you but this product isn't deserving of my or others trust in QVC.
