@Kachina624 wrote:@Flady1. You need to check the actual garment measurements where they show every measurement you could want. You click at the end of the text describing the garment.
Missing the point, we're all aware we can go to garment measurements

They're too busy gabbing about a million other things.

My wish/gripe is that I wish they would state what size the sample they are using to present is. Sometimes I can tell what size is on the tag of the garmet but not always. If I can see what size it is I can judge what size would be better for me. Sometimes I wear two different sizes depending on the material and the cut.
I was interested in a sweater when Mary Beth was the host. She never said what size the model was wearing.

This is an ongoing valid complaint. The hosts who ask the vendor to give necessary information but interrupt to give tiresome selling points are rude. How many times do they have to go through colors, it is constant. I rarely watch the Q as a result of some hosts and their presentations.

I always do that, but it didn't give the length of the dress. And, why couldn't they have a model wearing a regular, and another model approximately the same height wearing the petite?

I am 5'2" and sometimes want a dress to be a bit longer than petite,,and, I'm sure that many others would like to also.

some of you don't understand, that I do look at the measurements by clicking on the bottom link, but the dress that I'm referring to DIDNT have the length as I stated in my original comment,,,because if it did, I wouldn't have posted my comment!!!!

Years ago they used to have three models wearing different sizes. Often a petite, plus, and slender model. All at the same time.

Sometimes I do too, but I still can't order a regular length because the dress will not fit my torso. The waist will be at my hips, the shoulders will be too wide and sleeves too long.
A petite person has a shorter torso and clothing has to be shortened in the middle, not the length at the bottom of the dress to fit.

I don't buy D&C but hear them say petite is 5'3" & under. Other brands they are too busy talking about personal lives Nd trips to give measurements.
