Why doesn't QVC Live stream in HD?

The stream on QVC.com is such poor quality and has been for years:

I want to cancel my cable as everything else I watch is available either online or via Netflix/Hulu/Amazon streaming.

It's almost 2012. Why doesn't QVC stream in HD? They have iPad & Android apps in HD. Why not an Internet one? What am I missing?
