Why does it take so long to receive an item?

I ordered an item last week and it is still showing processing. wth does that mean, not even an estimated ship date.  I'll order from amazon and have it in a day or two instead from now on.

I placed an order on the 21st & it shipped on the 23rd.

Mine shows delivery next Mon.Tracking shows it's in Tx & I don't think it will take a week to get from Tx to Ok.

Guess it depends on what you ordered & who or where it's shipping from.

I have Prime with Amazon but don't always get my packages in 2 days as they say. That's what is BS IMO.

It must depend on the item.  I ordered a few things Wednesday, June 20th, and received them both today, Monday, June 25th.  Not counting Sunday as a business day, that totals 4 days from the day I ordered.

Also returns take forever,they just are far to busy with orders,so probably need more help.I always hate it if I need to return,so I try to be extra careful when ordering.
