This is a screen shot of the "suggestions" landing page dated today, 6/26 at 9:27 AM PST.
Are pages being updated by the most hearts instead?
What's the story here?

I don't get either. There is no rhyme or reason that I can tell as to how these posts sort. The time stamps are not in order.
I hope you / we get an answer.
Thanks for asking the question.

Hello @gardensla! You can list your posts with newest content first by doing these steps:
Sign in. Go to My Settings> Click Preferences> Click Topic Layout. You can check Newest first and this should put your posts in the order you want. @sandraskates
Hope this helps!

Hi Eva--while I appreciate your standard reply, as you'll from my screen shot, I already have them listed this way and still the posts are out of sequence. I don't think it's me!

Eva--also, this now put the oldest message in a thread at the top which means I have to scroll, scroll, scroll to read new replies (and yes, I have "go to latest reply" checked). So this really isn't a workable solution, which is why I had it set to newest first. But even that wasn't what I wanted.
What I want to do and maybe you can tell me the settings is this:
When clicking into a thread, I want the original post to be first and stay there, and new responses in order of time posted below that.
Can I do this?

Please let me know if this fixes the problem.
It fixes the "view all posts" but not the category pages. Here's what I see (after making the change you suggesed) when I click into "fashion"

Gardensla,
apologies for jumping in your thread, I have the same issue, no matter how many times I adjust my settings, the same thing.
the replies are sorted in no order, I wanted them in either oldest or newest first.

@gardensla-Unfortunately, there is no way to have the OP stay at the top and the newest replies start below it.
As for your Fashion category example, the posts are listed by the last post on each topic so that is why they are in the order they are in. Does that make sense?
Another thing you can try is when you click into a category - say Fashion - before you open a thread you can click on the Topics Option dropdown next to the New Message red button and change the order you see things like List by Topics or Sort by latest post.
I sure hope this helps!
