I saw some at Pier I earlier this year.

If you live near an Old Time Pottery they usually have melamine  there. The price is not that high either. You buy it by pieces and not a set. You can put together an 8 piece set for under $40.00 easily and maybe even less. I picked up a nice beach themed set there last year for $32.00 that I saw listed on e-bay by a couple of people for $80.00 or more.

I see this stuff everywhere at this time of year.  In addition to the stores mentioned Target and Bed, BATH AND Beyond and Home Goods have it.  If QVC is carrying it they must be about the only place that isn't.

Thanks everyone for suggestions on where to get it.  I live near all those stores and I have seen a lot out there, my suggestion was directed toward QVC.  I recently purchased plates at Homegoods.

I like the pattern, not the color.  This is a great set and price if you're looking for navy.

I bought some at pier 1 last week.  They were exactly what I was looking for.  They were on sale and I had a gift card.  If I didn't, I would have had to pass.  They were a little pricey.

The next runner up was kohls.  They had Bobby Flay dishes 1/2 off and may have had kohl cash going on.  I'm sure they will be on sale again or maybe still are.

Walmart has some nice dinnerware now .... take a look before it's all picked over.

I was in World Market yesterday and saw some cute plastic/melamine dinnerware. Lots of fun bright summery stuff.
