I have been a QVC shopper for several years. I have always been happy with the products I purchase, and had been happy with delivery times, until lately. Things have been taking a very long time to arrive, lately, and when I check tracking, they seem to be stuck several days in various stages of shipping. What is going on here? We certainly pay enough shipping charges for better shipping times than this. I noticed just this week, that one item stayed "In process" before being shipped for several days. I suggest QVC review and investigate problems with items shipping out. While I understand that some vendors ship their own items, we buy for QVC, and they should stand behind the shipping.
