Since QVC "redesigned" their website I have stopped using it unless I am absolutely forced to check on a purchase.  Previously, I could count on it for comparison shopping which would frequently result in purchase.  That doesn't happen anymore.  And please you all who try to educate us on how to use and navigate this website, save your words.  Not a novice to the internet.  And the Q's new website just doesn't cut it.

My question is why can the other shopping channels have a fully functional website and QVC never has?

I used to be able to start a search in the search box and all my previously searched items would come up alphabetically.  I had item #'s,"as is" items and just items I want to check for color, sizes -  whatever and  it was so nice.  I can no longer do this.  What comes up is QVC idea of what I should be shopping for.  When I contacted them they said it was an issue with my computer.  I don't think so.  I have made no changes to my computer settings.  AND on EVERY OTHER WEBSITE all my previous searches come up.   Please stop blaming the customer and fix the website to be user (customer) friendly!

DO NOT LIKE THE NEW FORMAT WHEN VIEWING ITEMS.  WITH PREVIOUS FORMAT YOU WERE ABLE TO CLICK AND SEE THE SIZING CHART FOR THE CLOTHING ITEMS.  THIS FEATURE WAS SO HELPFUL.  I NEEDED THIS CHART BECAUSE SOMETIMES SIZING IS DIFFERENT THAN MY NORMAL SIZE AND QUITE OFTEN I AM SHOPPING FOR FAMILY MEMBERS.    ALSO,  WHEN VIEWING AN ITEM, AT THE BOTTOM, IT SHOWS "CUSTOMERS WHO VIEWED THIS ALSO VIEWED"  IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO PUT THE ITEM NUMBER THERE WITH THE ITEMS LISTED.  JUST WHEN WE GET USED TO THE NEW FORMATS, IT CHANGES.

If you wait just one second after you return to the previous page it will return you to where you were looking at. The secret is you have to not touch your mouse til this happens.

Waiting doesn't work for me.  It just stays at the top of the page, and then the scrolling must begin...

I agree. Have same issues. Another suggestion is to show color swatches of items below the picture to know the color choices before opening the item. Agree that QVC needs to shopother sites to enhance the site.
