I don't know about any other QVC shoppers but I personally do not care for the way the new arrivals are set up on the website now. I really appreciated having the pictures of the new items. I don't have the time to read the list of descriptions for every new item, I will probably not purchase as much as I have in the past.

This is weird... lots of people seeing different things. I'm seeing the pictures when I click on "New Arrivals". On another thread, someone is having problems with the Program Guide, but I'm not.

New Arrivals still looks like it always did, for me.

I'm afraid to delete cookies or restart my browser if they changed something again

I don't see any changes in it. All the listings display the pix.

Zaksnana, are you going to the QVC home page and clicking on "New Arrivals" on the left of the page just below "Today's Special Value"? If you do that and still don't see the product images, what device are you using?

Hi Zaksnana - not sure if you resolved this problem since you posted about this several days ago. I think you may have selected to see the list of New Arrivals with text only. If you select GALLERY VIEW then the images should reappear.

Here is a picture of the area where you can select how the product appears on the page:

You can select GALLERY, LIST, or TEXT ONLY
