Re: WEN Air Days for TSVs and In General

[ Edited ]

@Nicole WI  And all Wenners who posted here.

It took me a while to find this post, but I would certainly like to add my total, all be it late, agreement.

It so exhausting hear that Q is a business.  Of course it is.  As such let's not forget that the Q has made a good deal of money from the sale of WEN.  This should engender loyalty and respect towards WEN and Chaz Dean on Q's part.  Let's not pretend that no other vendor has ever had a suit brought against them.  Were I to go into details I would likely be poofed, but the facts remain, and they were quite serious.

Instead of loyalty, or even-handed management,  I have observed, and reported posts made about Chaz Dean which were nasty, derogatory, and hateful, but which were allowed to stand on the BB, thus not only  violating standards, but tacitly condoning negativity towards Chaz and his products.

Respectfully I request that MODS begin immediately to delete posts of this nature.  Any post which starts off claiming that someone's hair is nasty is only going to go down hill.  This is without doubt obvious to everyone including the OP.  Thus, I can think of few reasons why something so contrary to BB standards should be allowed to stand.

Finally, Nicole's post puts the highlight right on QVC's poor treatment personally of Chaz and team WEN for the past year.  The over-talking, interrupting, incorrect information, flippant comments of the hosts is beyond acceptability.  This, in light of the acceptance of boorish behavior, and repugnant, out right derogatory remarks of other vendors is even more appalling.

I certainly hope you can find your way to addressing the comments you see in this thread and to correcting these errors in judgement and poor manners.

I am sincerely,

Drythe

Re: WEN Air Days for TSVs and In General

First of all I don't know where to begin... All of your input is inspiring to me! You also have made me realize I forgot to address a question I have had for sometime now. Thank you all so much! ❤

My question is a 2 part question.

1. Have sales of WEN by Chaz Dean always only been given credit to Chaz Dean while he is on air live?

2. If yes, does this rule of credit to vendor for a sale while the vendor is on air apply to all QVC vendors?

I always thought, as a customer who received the InsideQ magazine subscriber, preordering  the item would not effect the vendor negatively or not lead to the vendor getting credit for the sale.

Is it possible for someone at QVC who could please answer my questions and explain if preordering the items in the InsideQ magazine is credited to the vendor or if the vendor is not credited for the pre sale items advertised/featured in the InsideQ magazine?

Thank you for your time and clarification on the matters.

Sincerely,

Nicole
