Video for items never on air...please

Other shopping channels have a short video for items online.  QVC has one photo only for many of their items...especially in jewelry.  How can we buy a pair of earrings that are over $500 from one lousy photo?  We can take a chance but then when they are not as expected we are charged a lot to return.  A short silent video would help.
