In the past few days I have noticed that you have yet again returned to the video default when looking up an item on QVC.com. Please, please stop this! When I look up an item, I want to SEE stills of the item first, and then read the description. If I want to view the video, I will. It is beyond annoying to have the video link buffering every single time I click on an item. I know it's only one extra click...but I am the customer and my dislike for it is immense! It makes me irritated and when I am irritated I am far less likely to make a purchase and far more likely to complain (which I rarely do). I like to be an informed shopper, plus I enjoy the convenience of shopping online with QVC, but when it becomes more annoying than fun I'll take my business elsewhere. It would probably save me money,--so I would probably be better off anyway.
If I am dissatisfied enough with this to complain, I am certain there must many, many more people out there who are too.
