Not the first time this has happened. I went online to order A226071 (a Nina Leonard shrug in leopard print). Tried twice. Prompt said to call customer service. I finally did and was told the item was sold out before I went online to order. Why didn't the host say this upfront? Did they just order a small number knowing animal print is the most popular. Another thing. Lately when an item is sold out, there isn't a waitlist. This is getting very frustrating. I would save myself alot of money when this happens, but this is not the QVC of old.
