I have seen others make this same request but either it is of no concern to the Q or no one reads suggestions here and other areas of communication.  Again tonight the host is using the black top to show us the design and texture of a garment.  Would they please do the demonstration using one of the light colors so that we can see the details to be able to make a decision.  I did not make a purchase because all that appeared on my TV was black.  The beauty of the item was lost to the viewer.

they are constantly reminded of this -  and yet hosts let it happen.  also, when the models are in all black the same problem arises - you can't see the fit, the detail.  presentation 101

I agree, but also the images online often first appear in black.  Clothing items look like blobs!

Guess that happens sometimes, but, on the other hand I always see them say "let's bring up the beige, peach, or lighter shades so that you may see the detail".

The more experienced hosts always use a color to show the details.  I don't think this is much of a problem as I've never seen a host use black as an example.  It would be a rare occurance.  They know we can't see it, and it is surely part of their training taught in Hosting 101.
