Unable to add Show Reminders

When I attempt to add reminders for upcoming shows I receive the following error:

 

"Your request could not be processed. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 or click the \"Customer Service\" link below."

 

Steps to Recreate:

1)  Login in to account

2)  Access the Program Guide

3)  Select shows to receive reminder

4) Click Save Reminders; Add Reminders Summary Page displays

5)  Click Submit; following error displays:

 

"Your request could not be processed. Please contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 or click the \"Customer Service\" link below."

 

Please note:  I did notify customer service of the error and received a response to contact my Internet Service Provider.  The issue is NOT with my ISP; it is with the QVC website.  I've always been able to schedule show reminders until 12/23/2015.

 

Please triage.  Thanks.

I too have been getting that same error message for weeks now, on several different computers and it's darn irritating!

Indeed @TTerri! Since my email to Customer Supported yielded no resolution, I thought I'd give the suggestion box a try. At least now I know I'm not the only user encountering this issue. Hopefully it will get resolved.

It's possibly device-specific or software-specific.

 

I tried it with my iPad (iOS 9.2), and the show reminder saved properly.  Then I tried on my iMac (OS X 10.11.2) with Firefox (v. 43.0.4) and then with Chrome (v. 47.0.2526.106), and no problems there, either.

 

In all cases, I got this message after saving:

 

"Thank You!

Your reminders have been created."

 

@Beth-QVC, perhaps that information will help the technical team.  I've seen this reported before, so I know @SurferWife and @TTerri aren't alone in experiencing it.
