Two of my last three orders have been stalled at point of origin. One (Borghese makeup) never arrived and finally QVC sent a replacement. Now I'm having trouble with a Mally kit (Share the Love) order that is stalled in Virginia and hasn't gone anywhere in 5 days according to UPS.
If this has happened to me this often, I'm sure other people are having problems with their orders. It's frustrating to pay for an item and see, day after day, that it hasn't left the point of origin.
