To QVC: Regarding the lack of WORKING videos and pictures, your customers really should not have to go to so trouble to see what a product looks like!?!?! Ridiculous. Dot Com leaves MUCH to be desired! It is probably the worst website of all the home shopping shows.

How could you let it get this bad? Where is the priority. As the quality of the hosts continues to decline, online QVC shopping may become the main source of much of your sales. PUT SOME MONEY INTO IT TO BRING IT UP TO PAR! This is one customer's opinion
