I do love my Lock & Lock, but I believe one your products has a design flaw. I'm referring to the one-gallon beverage container that I own (this is probably true for all of your beverage containers no matter what size). When you open the pour spout you have to hold the cap open while pouring or else it will close and you have a mess on your hands. I believe the cap should snap back and stay open without having to hold it. Anything your design team can do to alleviate this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
