I would like to begin by saying that I could not possibly perform the job that these host perform, I believe it to be a lot harder then it may look to the average viewer. It's a lot of speaking, trying to sell a product, listening to people making comments in your ear from the control booth, and interacting with the vendor representative.

I could not sleep so I was reading about 1 am California time and watching the Q. I would really like for the new representative/host to work out. However, this mornings show was a train wreck. With the Philosophy representative. She constantly repeats herself. For example she may say this is fantastic, or this is what I use, or super within one minute constantly. Did she forget that she has just said those words. It's almost as if she does not have the right words to use. Perhaps she is still nervous, she was with the philosophy rep. discussing the new TSV and I was actually saying to myself, stop talking, stop talking, breath. She was pumping all of the scents on to the back of her hand and rubbing them on frantically and constantly repeating how great they were.

In my humble opinion to do a better job.

1) Know the product that you are going to present.

2) Take your time and think before speaking, that way you can choose the right words and convey what you are trying to get across.

3) Breath, calm down. you are on in the middle of the night, you will get it.

4) Most importantly know when to let the vendor speak.
