On my laptop I can go to settings, ease of use, and there I can make the fonts larger.  It is kind of annoying though because everything will be bigger so its hard to see everything that is on the page.

I also wish we could permanently change our font size instead of having to increase it every time.

But they can pass on the request through the proper channels or other supervisors.

It has been mentioned several times in the past that the forum is a software "package" that QVC buys/rents/uses.  A very basic and rather old fashioned package that cannot be changed.  It's why the forum subject topics can't be updated.

They really would rather move you to other social media platforms, like Facebook, than maintain this.

It is what it is.  Considering they almost removed the forum entirely a few years ago, I'll take what I can get.

Did anybody ever have the thought that perhaps the Q 

DOESN'T WANT TO FIX THIS ISSUE?

The Q of course would rather sell sell sell than provide a forum risking complaints/needing monitoring, etc.
