The Case of The Missing Cursor!

Noticed today on my IPad no cursor flashing when I go to type anywhere on the forums and when I go to sign in. The spot to tap works, but no cursor to indicate where you might have  left off. Using Safari and the latest OS on the IPad

 

ETA: now the Cursor is working at 12:08 AM ET.
