QVC recently started shipping all my purchases by UPS....I didn't request this type of delivery - it's usually arrived by USPS. Anyway, UPS always sends me an e-mail telling me when my purchase will arrive - but it doesn't arrive when UPS says it will. You're thinking "Well, that problem is with UPS"....uh....not according to the UPS customer service rep. She says it's QVC notification to them, that's the mix up. I am just tired of trying to be home to receive my packages and they never arrive when they say they will. Just done with shopping with QVC !
