Temp-tations older and newer patterns

QVC and Tara,

I know the customers want to see new patterns but with so much focus on new patterns it seems to force such a delay in getting the other items back in stock. It is very frustrating when you want to add items. The wait is very long sometimes. There needs to be a balance between the two. Please figure out a way that you don't forget about the customers that were already trying to add to existing patterns. Thanks.
