On the alternate TV channels such as Q2, Q3, please leave the phone number for auto ordering on the screen at all times.  I wanted to place an order a couple nights ago, the number was not on the screen.  I waited and waited and the phone number never appeared.  The host moved to the next item.  Fortunately I'd written down the item number so I was eventually able to place my order.  At 3am, I'm not in the mood to struggle.  This is not a hard, complicated request.

@Kachina624  This make me happy. I also made this comment following the QVC changes. However, other posters rudely made fun of my request. (Didn't feel well and wasn't in the mood to stand up for myself at the time.) I appreciate your attempt at getting the phone number in the screen 24/7. Thanks!!

I've never ordered from QVC or HSN using my phone. I go online and place my order. I don't need to know the order number or phone number.

If you have the item number, can't you order it online or from the regular QVC number?

Why do you have to wait for the special number to appear?

I, too, would use the regular Q phone number.  From what I've seen, item numbers and prices are the same across all the Q channels. I don't see why you need to order  from the channel you are watching.

But, OP has a point. If Q wants us to use the specific phone number  for the channel, the number should be on screen at all times.

There is a number for automated ordering and a number for ordering from a live person (that takes forever to answer), and then another number for customer service.

So what some of you are calling the QVC "regular number" is not what is needed.

When I used to order, I always used the automated number, not what some are calling the "main" or "regular" number.

Now I rarely order but now I will do it online.

Some people are not comfortable ordering online. QVC should not make it difficult to order any type of way they have available.

It really makes sense to have that automated number on the screen at all times on all channels.

Not a difficult thing to do.

And no point in everyone saying why it doesn't need to be done!

I'm sure most people know you can order online etc but doesn't mean you want to.

I agree and in @Kachina624's case, who wants to get up at 3AM, maybe have to go to another room and fire up their device to order, when the phone # can so easily be left on the tv screen?

I thought the 'C' in QVC was supposed to mean 'Convenience'.

I also wanted to point out that some of these responses did not really read the original post and understand it.

There are not individual numbers for every channel.

There is an automated number where you do not have to speak to anyone and you do not have to wait sometimes for 20-30 minutes to get through!

It seems a lot of responses are just immediately firing off replies just to argue or say why something is not needed or not a good idea!

That seems to happen quite often around here.

I understood the OP perfectly.

By regular number,  I meant 800-345-1515.  Every item in QVC's inventory can be purchased using that number 24 hours a day
