Since Technique cookware is being made again and presented on air, I would love a 10 inch everyday/skillet with side handles.  These were very popular when Technique was offered many years ago.  I have this pan but the coating is n ot great (too much use).  I also have a 10 inch 2 qt. 2 inch deep pan with a lid that I used all the time and the same thing is happening.  Would love these pans recreated with the new ceramic non stick like the roaster pan being offered.  Does anyone know if there is any way to talk to someone with this request?  TIA

@charsha- Thanks for the suggestion.  I saw this pan but it's much bigger than I want and too wide at the top.  I have a stainless steel steamer basket that fits in the 2 qt. 10 inch pan and the pan you mentioned is too big.  Hopefully they will offer what I want.  Thanks again.

Have you looked at Curtis Stone's pans on HSN?  He offers a few pans with side handles.

I like side handle pans too.  Those long handles are a pain always getting in the way while cooking.
