Technical issues with ordering

Ordering 3 items and had to repeatedly enter addresses,etc. Customer service said "sorry" we're having technical issues and rep didn't know what to do. I had to ask for supervisor who said she couldn''t cancel order, but it will take additional 48 to correct. ?QVC spend some of your dollars on good technical repairs.

I am also having issues.  Constantly having to sign in at all points over and over.
 I hope QVC sees these kind of messages like they do all the deleting here.

   A coupon I used didn't work some waited on the phone for half an hour, the representative said she took it off the price. I haven't seen an e mail with that new price as I usually do but I made a note if it.

I ordered a gift for a friend and I know I put her address in.. They sent it to my address and said my address was in instead of hers.
