OMG - yes! I can't stand those long, drawn out TSV presentations. I change the channel when they come on. It's especially boring when the item is a vacuum, electronics, kitchen gadgets and bedding to mention a few.

I disagree.

 

On a gizmo like the Ninja creamery thing...I would want to know how it works in detail, suggestions, recipes, etc.

 

Same with anything electronic....appliances.....etc.

 

I don't understand why anyone would watch a long TSV presentation when you  are not in the least bit interested in buying it.

 

For those who ARE considering a purchase, a full presentation could be very helpful.

Why would anyone sit in front of the TV to watch a presentation for 30-40 minutes for a product they are not interested in?

 

I can't imagine watching a shopping channel for hours at a time.

 

A lot of people just tune in a few times a day to see what's available.  Chances are that the longer the time QVC exposes the product on air, more people will see it ...and sell more.

 

Millions of people stop in for a quick look several times a day.  Most of these people are not tuned in all day long.
