Hi - QUESTION: Does anyone know why the TSV never refreshes on the QVC homepage each day at Midnight? I have cleaned out the cookies etc yet I always have to go searching for that day’s TSV. It’s gotten to the point I just have lost interest in even finding out anymore. Quite annoying to say the least. Just curious if everyone is encountering that issue - Thanks

Hi. Just a guess....could it be due to a time zone difference.  Considering your nickname and mine, you're in the Southwest and I am in the mid Atlantic.  TSVs change at midnight eastern time.

On Q, I choose Eastern time instead of my own time zone. If you're on Central or Pacific time, it'll always show up later.

@SouthwestGal I live on the west coast. Around 9:05 the TSV will change to the current on the home page. It takes a couple minutes. I don't have a problem with it. You can also just check item on air at midnight ET when the TSV is always presented and you will see what it is and can research it.

I just click on TSV  at the top of the page and go right to it.  It doesn't always appear exactly at midnight.   Maybe wait a couple of minutes.
