I enclosed my return slip with both order items listed on the return label and returned both items to only receive credit for one item. Everyone pay close attention to your returns.

I sure do.  I returned a SG cardigan that had a snag in it.  I sent it back as defective.  I did not get full credit until after I called CS to complain.

Today I did the same thing after calling CS twice asking for instructions.  Both were different orders but both arrived to my home in 1 bag and 2 items were on the receipt.

 

CS told me not to worry about it  and it was ok to ship both in the one bag it came in.

 

 I do not trust  what  they both said. and I am worried ..............

I always have to call and follow up.  It'd sit for 3 weeks before being processed if I didn't call.
