I'm only 5'8" and I also struggle with finding pants long enough because all my height is in my legs.  I need a 33-34 inch inseam without heels.  On the rare occaison that the Q does have that long of an inseam, they are usually accompanied by a hugely long rise so the waist of the pants come up to my armpits.  I have given up on buying pants from the Q.  

 

(I have tried Isaac's pants but I find his to fit more of an hourglass shape whereas I am apple shape so in order to get a size where the waist fits, it is hugely baggy in the rear and thighs)
