I would love to have a bowl with a spindle like the old Tupperware to refrigerate head lettuce.  I have seen them in catalogs that sell "junk" but all the reviews say the lid pops off.

Also I have so much Lock N Lock now that I may have to add a room in my house.  I wish that sometimes instead of a set with umpteen pieces that individual pieces coulld be sold sometimes.

@purrmom   You and me both.  I have to cut a head of lettuce in half and put it in a long deep locknlock with paper towels.  It does keep but I would like to keep it whole.

I am right there with you ...I would love a lock-n-lock specifically made for a head of lettuce 😉

     Years ago, I bought a Lock and Lock set that was three rounds of different sizes.  The large one and middle are good for lettuce and cabbage.  I line with paper towels and can keep the produce for a very long time!!  Have one right now in fridge that is about a month old!!
