Suggestion for sales pitch, instead of "When it's gone it's gone"

How about this: "If you love this [item] you can always order it again.  Friends and family can also order it. Trust QVC to stock customer favorites."

 

This is the kind of message I would like to hear.

You're fighting againt the huge numbers of posts we see asking for new, new, new.  In this day and age, I think there are more fickle buyers than ever.

 

I think I'm one of them -  I put everything I can on AD the first time I order, but if there's no AD?  I almost never  go back and order more of the same item.  The only item that's even close is that for a few years I ordered Joan Rivers' Christmas eggs.

 

Maybe Amazon is big enough to keep everything they're ever sold, but QVC is probably not.  I think Amazon might be 10X as big as QVC.
