Suggestion for Christmas Sales

I think Q should seriously thing about offering a discount rate on shipping for Christmas with smaller items.  Sometimes people like to buy stocking stuffers and need muliples.  I was thinking like if an item is 14.00 or 15.00 the items could be sent in same package.  That would create more sales for the Q, and would help the customer out.

Wouldn't you have to do it for all religious holidays then?????

NO YOU WOULD NOT------Christmas is the biggest Sales of the year.  I am talking about small items. Does other holidays have to come into every thing that is discussed?  Christmas is the biggest Holiday for Sales and will continue to be.
