Stop Shipping Returned/Dirty/Broken/Used Items!

Unless you sell it "AS IS", you're losing customers here, Q!

I'm seeing more and more posts about goods coming dirty, broken, etc.

And no way will I EVER do a bill to/ship to again, because I don't want a gift to be shipped that's dirty/broken/used.
