Steve is so nice! He deserves better than ITKWD. Steve should have his own shows. He doesn't deserve to play second fiddle to anyone.  I never watch anything with David or Jane so I only see Steve on QVC2.   There are way too many shows with David & Jane.  i just turn the channel when they're on.

There is a time when the Host need to retire . Let the new Host take the reigns .Many new hosts  has been given the opportunity to express their talent . This also is meant for the vendors .

Walk away and make a new life , we need changes .

it's ridiculous how David has him eat the food so he doesn't cause of his no carb thing !!  If you can't comply with your job requirements then you shouldn't be able to present them in your show or another host like Steve should do them !

David has so many followers and I am sure he is a top seller, if not the very top. They will never remove him from his own show. I am sure the executives had to figure out what to do when he began his diet and didn't want to be eating on his own show. Steve filled in nicely. I think Steve deserves his own show-I think he is great on his own.

David has so many followers; he would never be let go. I bet his sales numbers are at the top. People, especially women, just love him especially when he talks about his Mother. Have you ever tuned in to his Facebook coffee talk chat? He has a pretty dedicated group of followers! I tuned in once to see what it was about and all they do is talk about the weather, his diet, he says hello to everyone; they love it!

I don't think that you can say with certainty that someone would "never" be let go.

The entertainment business is very fickle.

It certainly appears that Carolyn's legions of friends and fans and followers assumed that she would remain indefinitely.

I'd been trying to figure out how to mention the calling Steve over but you did it perfectly. While watching the ITKWD rerun today during the Vitamix presentation, the vendor Jan made some yougurty raspberry concoction that David just stared at. Once done he without missing a beat said BigBite get over here and see what you think. Steve skipped into view, tried it then said he uses his vitamix daily. While explaining to the vendor his thoughts on it I think the camera was off David a little too long for his liking bc he then scooped it out with an ice cream scoop and making his eye roll yum yum face bringing the attention back on him. Steve immediately stopped talking bc I think he too caught that. He is so good on his own or maybe just with someone else bc it's getting borderline offensive. I think if viewers think its uncomfortable imagine how he feels when the majority of his screen time is making him jump thru fiery hoops like a circus show.

I'm aware that this is my opinion only, I just wanted to piggyback off your reply 😊

Thanks for your reply.  I also thought about the fact that David suddenly decided to take an ice cream scoop and turn the attention to himself.  This puppy dog assistant has got to stop.  It makes Steve look so ridiculous.

I'm happy to see someone post this observation about Steve on Davids show.  I find the "big bite" nickname and the incessant calling of Steve to eat the food that isn't allowed on David's "low carb low sugar" diet, to be extremely demeaning and disrespectful to Steve's professionalism and career.  I'm sure he hates it as well, but he is young and working very hard to be successful.  I used to love David, but the constant talk of his weight loss and lifestyle changes are dull as dirt and I rarely watch anymore.  I do cringe everytime David yells for Big Bite to appear in front on the camera and eat.  Poor guy.  Hope he breaks free of this soon.

Maybe women do "just love it" when David talks about his mother, but I am one who doesn't.

Too much mother talk from David and too much daughter talk from Jane is a total turn off to me.

As far as his sales numbers at the top and they would never let him go? I don't see any proof of that.

People thought that of Carolyn too.

She has hinted that she is working on something but can't talk about it yet, but it involves being on air again. Don't know if she meant qvc, but she was with Gary in the video making her announcement.  Maybe someone listened to all those followers expressing their disappointment. I still say David would never be let go; if he leaves I believe it would be his choice. He is in a league of his own. Just my opinion of course.
