To remove his scarf from his neck, it's covering up his mic.  It's makes him sound muffled, which is not  bad thing actually.

He is very annoying.   Poor Denise Revko trying to get through a presentation of TSV 1-3-25.    He was intrrruotung constantly.   I'm sure he's a nice guy but his interrupting constantly makes him unwatchable
