I also agree with you.  I had been using Purity for quite awhile and then all of a sudden, it burned my skin, and I got bumps on my eyelids and very dry skin and I was shocked.  Sure enough when I stopped using it my skin cleared.  I went on to one of the philosophy girl's facebook and wondered what changed and she didn't really say much.  I do know that there is pepper in there though that wasn't before.  I just gave it to my niece and stopped buying any of their products.  I think it's really sad.
