Someone Please Explain

I am not understanding how the forums work - when I click on Food or Home I want to see comments about QVC products or related products. I do not want to see discussions about dogs, someone having medical issues, etc. I appreciate people wanting to have those discussions, but put them on a diffenet forum. How about sticking to the topic???
